Dr. Chahal is the Chief Scientist at Bezzie Technologies. His experience in medicine and medical-device development has contributed to technologies involving transcutaneous nerve stimulation without traditional electrodes and electrical current. He also has a strong interest in environmental pollution and its effect on biological health and wellbeing.

An alumnus of Johns Hopkins University, he holds a postdoctorate in Medicine and served for more than a decade as Chairman of the Division of Cardiopulmonary Medicine at Northwest Hospital Center. He co-founded the Alpine Center for High Altitude Research and contributed to research on high-altitude pulmonary and brain edema.

He is Chief Executive at US-based Concha Technologies and has previously served in advisory and consulting roles with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Immunicon Inc., Silome Biotechnology and Indigene LifeScience Technologies.

Mr. Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Bezzie Technologies, leads the company’s technology strategy, research initiatives, and product development programs. His focus is on transforming innovative ideas into practical, commercially viable technologies across healthcare, embedded systems, industrial automation, and intelligent electronic solutions.

With a strong foundation in electronics, embedded engineering, and product development, he combines technical expertise with a business-oriented approach to innovation. His work spans the complete product development journey, from research and concept validation to prototyping, engineering, testing, and commercialisation.

Prior to founding Bezzie Technologies, he worked with the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO), Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), gaining valuable experience in scientific instrumentation and biomedical engineering. Today, he leads multidisciplinary teams, technology collaborations, and R&D programs focused on creating scalable technologies with meaningful real-world and commercial impact.

Mr. Dhaliwal is involved in product development and marketing. His experience includes coordinating clinical testing in Canada, pre-production prototyping, supplier sourcing, international manufacturing partnerships and strategic business planning.

His work also includes developing the company’s research and commercial relationships in Canada and the United States. Outside work, he supports gender equality and mental-health awareness and has participated in international service programmes and competitive athletics.

Mr. Randhawa works across social-media marketing and brand development. He combines training in Business Administration with visual-design and photography experience to support strategic communications and commercialisation initiatives.

Since joining Bezzie Technologies in 2020, he has worked with the leadership team on technology marketing, branding and commercialisation objectives across the Bezzie group. He also volunteers as a basketball coach for underprivileged students.

Ms. Khaira is a Chartered Certified Accountant with interests in corporate and business law, financial management, planning and performance management. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and completed her Chartered Accountancy studies in the United Kingdom.

Her experience in the UK and India supports the company’s accounting, reporting and multinational operations. Before joining Bezzie Technologies, she provided consultancy to high-net-worth individuals in asset management and financial planning.

Ms. Chauhan holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has completed two years of a PhD programme. She joined Bezzie Technologies to expand her research interest in central-nervous-system modulatory responses to chronic immune-system activation and inflammation.

Her work has included supporting psychometric monitoring during research involving non-invasive nerve-stimulation technology. She is multilingual and also has a strong interest in contemporary and folk dance.
